1. Processing Time – Custom-Made Rings
All rings on our website are custom-made to your selected finger size. Please allow 14 business days for production before shipping.
Our team will keep you updated throughout the process to ensure your piece is crafted perfectly and delivered safely.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer shipping throughout South Africa via trusted courier services:
- Standard delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Express delivery (where available): 1–2 business days after dispatch.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected service.
Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders as part of promotions or ongoing offers.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
You can track your shipment online through the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.
5. Delivery Requirements
- All jewellery orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
- Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and that someone is available to sign for the parcel during working hours.

- All parcels are insured for the full value of the items during transit.
