1. Return Eligibility
- Standard Items: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
- Extended Returns: Some items may qualify for a 60-day return period under special promotions.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including all packaging, certificates, and documentation.
- Exclusions: Custom, engraved, or personalized items are final sale, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. How to Request a Return

- Our team will provide instructions and a Return Authorization.
- Ensure the item is securely packaged and shipped back, preferably via insured, trackable shipping.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Shipping fees, duties, and insurance costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- Exchanges are processed by returning the original item for a refund, then placing a new order.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if it is damaged or incorrect.
- Include photos of the item and packaging for assessment.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, once the issue is verified.
5. Warranty
All AC Jewels items come with a limited warranty covering defects in craftsmanship and materials:
- Coverage: Loose or missing stones due to manufacturing defects, faulty clasps, chains, or settings.
- Duration: 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, theft, or unauthorized repairs.
Warranty Claims

- We will advise whether the item should be returned for repair or replacement.
- Approved warranty claims will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost. If the original item is unavailable, a comparable replacement or store credit may be offered.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping.
