At AC Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Returns & Warranty Policy ensures that you can shop with confidence, knowing that your jewellery is protected and backed by our commitment to quality.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Standard Items: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
  • Extended Returns: Some items may qualify for a 60-day return period under special promotions.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including all packaging, certificates, and documentation.
  • Exclusions: Custom, engraved, or personalized items are final sale, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team at info@acjewels.co.za or call +27 011 452 0130 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide instructions and a Return Authorization.
  3. Ensure the item is securely packaged and shipped back, preferably via insured, trackable shipping.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • Shipping fees, duties, and insurance costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  • Exchanges are processed by returning the original item for a refund, then placing a new order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if it is damaged or incorrect.
  • Include photos of the item and packaging for assessment.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, once the issue is verified.

5. Warranty

All AC Jewels items come with a limited warranty covering defects in craftsmanship and materials:

  • Coverage: Loose or missing stones due to manufacturing defects, faulty clasps, chains, or settings.
  • Duration: 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, theft, or unauthorized repairs.

Warranty Claims

  1. Contact our support team at info@acjewels.co.za or +27 011 452 0130 with your order details, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.
  2. We will advise whether the item should be returned for repair or replacement.
  3. Approved warranty claims will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost. If the original item is unavailable, a comparable replacement or store credit may be offered.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping.

6. Additional Notes

  • Periodic inspections or maintenance may be required to maintain the validity of certain warranties.
